The company works with independent gas station owners as well as with all major oil companies. As a leader in the industry, C-Store Realty has handled many high-profile transactions, including selling a portfolio of 200 ConocoPhillips gas stations, which were located throughout the states of California, Arizona, Nevada, Washington, and Oregon.

Also, C-Store Realty represents 7-Eleven as they grow their retail petroleum network by acquiring new sites, leasing existing sites, and converting existing c-stores into 7-Eleven branded stores with fuel. In addition to this, C-Store Realty also effectively acts as a broker on behalf of lenders, buyers, and sellers within the retail petroleum industry.
